Fill out the disclaimer form below. This information will be stored securely for the duration of your time volunteering at Energy Garden. You can request to delete it at any time.
Insurance Disclaimer: Whilst undertaking any activity at our gardening sessions, volunteers are covered by Energy Garden’s liability insurance in case of accidents or emergencies.
Once you have completed these three steps, the Engagement Officer for the garden that you have signed up for will get in touch with you.

We want to provide support where possible to all our volunteers however, in some cases, we may not be able to provide the level of support that is needed. Can you please confirm if you have care or support needs or are an adult at risk? Please only share as much as you are comfortable with sharing.
